1. Scale Inhibitor: Consists of a dosing tank and metering pump, the dosing rate can be set per unit time and continuously added. This prevents scaling on the membrane surface, improves water production and quality, and reduces operating costs.
2. Reducing Agent Dosing Device: Reducing agents are organic synthetic compounds containing a large number of active groups within their molecules. They act as strong flocculants, agglomerating fine particles into larger ones, promoting sedimentation or floating, increasing clarity and decolorization. They are suitable for pre- and post-treatment of industrial water for turbidity and color removal, accelerating sedimentation, and reducing filtration loads.
3.Ultrafiltration (UF) is a membrane separation process that uses screening as the separation principle and pressure as the driving force. The filtration accuracy is within the range of 0.005-0.01MM. In actual use, the SDI value of the effluent can be controlled within 3, which can effectively protect reverse osmosis.
4.The membrane UF+RO technology is used to further treat industrial wastewater that has been treated in other ways to meet discharge standards. It can effectively remove organic matter, color, hardness and most ions in the wastewater, so that it can be reused for production. On the one hand, it reduces wastewater discharge, and on the other hand, it saves water resources and reduces production costs.
